I’m sitting in my hotel room preparing for Round 4 of the Jetta TDI Cup starting tomorrow at Mid Ohio SportsCar Course located in Lexington, OH approximately halfway between Cleveland and Columbus. Practice kicks off tomorrow morning at 8:00AM, and with thundershowers in the forecast it could be an interesting morning. Qualifying goes at 11:00AM and I’m hoping to keep my momentum going from the start of the year.

Today I did a track walk, and checked out the action in a few other classes and it looks to be an outstanding course. Mid Ohio is one of the more storied tracks in North America, and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it tomorrow. With all of the elevation changes and blind corners it is sure to be a challenge.
