One of the perks of racing in the TDI Cup is that we have the services of professional photographer Bruce Lancaster (check out Bruce’s website at racerartphotographic.com). Bruce is there each and every weekend snapping the high quality photos that show up on my website at the end of each event. With its long straights weaving through the tall trees, Road America produces fabulous photos, and last weekend was no exception. This photo was taken during Friday morning practice. 7:45 AM, and the fog was so thick it made it hard to pick up braking markers

This really captures what makes racing at Road America so much fun. You get the sense of speed, and there are all the tents in the background. The place is massive (4miles) but campers line the track and make for a great atmosphere

This is why Road America is the Talladega of TDI Cup. Here the top 8 are running under the proverbial blanket, all nose to tail in the closing laps of Saturday's event.
